- Sustainable Transportation: We will create infrastructure for bicycles and electric vehicles. In partnership with VIX LOGÍSTICA (part of the Águia Branca group), we will provide electric buses to transport employees from the entrance of the complex to their respective warehouses.
- Recycling Areas: We facilitate recycling with designated areas for selective waste collection.
- Employee Well-Being Areas: These will include a game room, reading room, relaxation area, swimming pool, barbecue area, running track, gym, gourmet space, beach tennis court, and soccer field.

- Carpooling: We will promote carpooling programs among employees.
- Public Transportation Infrastructure: We will ensure that the complex is well-connected to public transportation. This issue has already been discussed and resolved among the state, municipality, and CETURB (Urban Transport Company of Greater Vitória).

- Healthy Indoor Environments: We use building materials with low levels of toxic emissions and promote good indoor air quality.
- Flexible Workspaces: We create flexible and collaborative work areas.
- Recreational Spaces: We include sports and leisure facilities, such as courts, running tracks, and relaxation areas.
Community Integration and Social Impact
- Training Programs: We will offer training and development programs for employees and the local community. Through the Private Institute, classes focused on the logistics and technology sectors will be provided.
- Social Projects: We invest in social projects that benefit the community surrounding the complex. We will have an open visitation schedule for schools and universities to learn about the complex's internal operations and participate in logistics workshops, fostering knowledge and improving the future labor supply.
